Russell-Realtor ® will:

• Price the home accurately using the same techniques as appraisers use (not a certified appraisal).
• Implement an aggressive marketing campaign that is targeted and aimed at reaching active home buyers directly and through the MLS.
• List your home on RE/MAX’s national website, as well as on the local Russell-Realtor website plus syndicate it to major real estate sites such as Trulia, Zillow, Google Base and Craigslist.
  • These listings may include an unlimited number of photos, detailed property and community information, and easy access to a 'live' agent.
  • Homes that are listed in the MLS are also listed on REALTOR.com®.

• Post a 'for sale' sign in the front of the home.
• Create a listing flyer.

• Hold an Open house for prospective home buyers.
• Arrange for other agents to show the home.
