I have a list of top ranking energy star certified builders but not all Custom Home Builders are certified.  What I generally like to do is interview the builder and some of his past clients to assure my buyers that they are not dealing with a fly-by-night. If the builder has a good reputations he will meet with me and give me access to all the information I ask for.  I also keep a file on all the builders I have dealt with in the past as well as information on builders to steer clear of.  These are just some of the services I provide my clients because, as you know, you should never be unrepresented in the largest  investment of your life.
