I just wanted to update ... neighbors are great, everyone is really friendly and there is only one couple that I know of on this street that is not military.  This is definitely a military community if you have any that come to you that are relocating here.  The house itself, we love.  We have had to call the builder on a few things but they were prompt on getting it taken care of.  Still waiting on the landscaping to be taken care of, but they stated he is supposed to call this week to schedule us in. 

Again, thank you so much for all that you did for us.  We really do appreciate it.  If we have any friends that are moving here or relocating elsewhere and need an agent, we are definitely recommending you!

Mine was the first pond built by Paradise Pond owner John Aboud. John had never built a decorative water garden pond before he created mine in 2004. Having worked with John for ten years doing remodeling projects on the UTEP campus where I relied on his construction ability for all my major projects, there was no doubt in my mind he would do a great job on my pond. And he proceeded to exceed my expectations . . . again.

John Aboud is not just a contractor who builds things well, he is an artisan, in every sense of the word, who enjoys the creative challenge in pond building when it comes to placing just the right rock in just the right place for just the right aesthetic appeal. Very few contractors bring John's passion for perfection onto the job site. Most pond builders are only concerned about completing a pond in the shortest possible time and they do this by using a cookie-cutter approach where all their completed ponds look quite similar in layout and execution. That is NOT want you want as a pond owner!

John's approach is quite the opposite where each pond location is a new creative challenge requiring its own, unique characteristics to make it a one-of-a-kind finished product. Take my word for it, you can trust Paradise ponds to design and create the pond of your dreams all within your pre-established budget that John will review with you for approval before any shovel hits the ground. In recent years, John Aboud has built for me a turtle pond and a filter house for my koi pond.  I have also visited many of the ponds he has built for others.  What I admire about John is his reputation for honesty and integrity.  The work he does is to your satisfaction and he willingly fixes anything you are not happy with.  The quality of his workmanship and materials of construction are very good and you will not be paying for anything you do not need.  He will not just build a fish pond; he will build a healthy fish habitat that is designed and equipped for that purpose.  He has built filtration systems for ponds in the El Paso area that are leading edge technology.

I also appreciate John’s artistic ability when it comes to the appearance of a water feature.  His ponds have an aesthetic beauty to them and his selection of plants complement the rock work.  He has the ability to make a water fall the both sounds good and looks good.
