A few days before closing, and before the final walk-thru we will schedule a home inspection. It is important to understand the condition of the new home before closing on the purchase transaction. Then, after Horizon City makes the recommended repairs Horizon City will schedule a final walk-thru to familiarize you with the proper operation of the home’s equipment and to review the maintenance requirements of your new home.
