A few days before closing, and before the final walk-thru we will schedule a home inspection. It is important to understand the condition of the new home before closing on the purchase transaction. Then, after Presidential makes the recommended repairs Presidential will schedule a final walk-thru to familiarize you with the proper operation of the home’s equipment and to review the maintenance requirements of your new home.
