For Sale By Owner (FSBO) Questions


Some homeowners are attracted to selling their home on their own due to the potential savings in real estate commissions. FSBO Five Pitfalls:

1. For sale by owners do not have access to their local MLS where all realtors find homes to sell.
2. According to REALTOR.com agents won't show your home.
