This year's Festival of Homes will feature 9 builders (over 400 builders in El Paso) and will be located at Coyote Draw Place. As a First-Time Home buyer you should NOT buy a home without your Exclusive Buyer's Agent. Homeowner Inspection.
A few days before closing, and before the final walk-thru we will schedule a home inspection. It is important to understand the condition of the new home before closing on the purchase transaction. Then, after the Home Builder makes the recommended repairs the Home Builder will schedule a final walk-thru to familiarize you with the proper operation of the home’s equipment and to review the maintenance requirements of your new home.

Close On Your Home.
Items you will need for closing include identification, funds for down payment and closing costs, and proof of homeowner’s insurance
