Here are a few questions you need to ask yourself:
- Is your realtor only showing you homes he/she is listing?
- Is your realtor only showing you homes over your price point?
- Is your realtor a part-timer?
- Does your agent seem to be unfamiliar with market conditions in your area?
- Is the real estate agent knowledgeable about the real estate process, i.e. lender information, types of loan programs available?
- Is your real estate agent promising something that is "too good to be true"?
- Has your agent helped you determine how much house you can afford?
- Has your realtor explained what El Paso closing cost may be required?
If your answer to any of these questions was YES! then you aren't working with the right Exclusive Buyer's Agent.
